| Sweetwater Forest is a full service, family oriented Cape Cod Campground & RV resort, established by our family in 1958-and owned and operated by us ever since. Sweetwater is located less than a mile from the inside elbow of Cape Cod Bay, in the delightful, bayside Town of Brewster, Massachusetts, considered by many to be the Heart of Cape Cod. Sweetwater Forest's central Cape Cod location provides the perfect home-base from which to tour all the Cape & Islands have to offer-whether visiting for the weekend-or staying for the Season. At Sweetwater Forest we are pleased to present 250 naturally wooded, amply sized, level campsites with fire-pits and picnic tables, further complimented by a well rounded roster of available on-site, and in-camp amenities, services, and conveniences. Some of our unique in-camp recreation, conveniences, services and activities-include activities such as our playing some rounds on our recently renovated Miniature Golf Course, the availability of Free WiFi hot spots & a WiFi Cafe, Canoe Rentals on the lake, and our Dog Day-Care Center which is located away from sites on the Farm and intended to help ensure the safety of your pet while you are out touring the Cape. These services are available to help your vacation be all you hope for it to be-for every member of your family-even your pets! Our 250 camp sites, and the wide variety of supporting services and conveniences we also provide, are artfully spread over 75+ acres of beautifully diverse, native Cape Cod terrain which we ask all who enter to respect. Sweetwater's site to acre ratio is remarkable, allowing for natural privacy screening between our suitably sized sites. Our Bike Trail keeps bikers and hikers off our Main Road, making it an enjoyable and short ride to miles of the ever popular, paved Cape Cod Rail Trail-just one of the many fantastic activities for all ages not to be missed in Brewster, or on Cape Cod! | Our Comfort Stations offer flush toilets, private FREE un-metered hot showers and plenty of counter space, electric plugs, and mirrors for hair drying & shaving. Sweetwater's Comfort Stations are routinely thoroughly cleaned twice daily-in the morning and again later in the evening. They are checked by Staff throughout the day- and during the night. |

| The Park Models we sell have many of the perks of home, and then some, however Park | |
| Model Recreational Trailers are considered Recreational Dwellings and are not mobile homes. | ||
| Park Models are RVs preferred by many who return to the same campground or resort | |
| year after year. Rather than bringing their RVs home, they choose to store them at the Campground during the off-season. This allows folks to personalize their sites, and really get to know their slice of Cape Cod Camping heaven! | ||
| Park Models have front trailer hitches which make them movable with a pickup truck as | |
| are the portable 3 season rooms built on movable trailers that many Seasonals with Park Models use to better enjoy their outdoor surroundings-and for a longer period of time despite seasonal weather changes. | ||
| Our Seasonal Camping Program offers elective, free on-site storage of Seasonal Units so | |
| they do not have to be broken down and taken home during the off-season. |
| However, whenever possible we work with our clients to sell their Park Model Trailers to | |
| qualified buyers who plan to keep them on the site the unit is currently on. |
| We are strictly enforce all season rules, including requiring that all Seasonal Campers | |
| respect the facility, and keep all items off of the green buffer zones that are to be kept between all sites. |
| For the convenience of our campers, our Comfort Stations have recently undergone renovations. Each of our 4 comfort stations offer flush toilets, FREE private hot showers without meters, and plenty of counter space for hair drying & shaving. Stations are checked throughout the day and thoroughly cleaned twice daily, in the morning, and again later in the evening. |

Sweetwater's Main Road, Whittlesby Lane, is visible in places to the right of the clipart camper as it heads into Sweetwater. The rolling "Enter" sign has been placed where our Entrance exits from Rte. 124, at 676 Harwich Road, to wind its way into the Forest. Our lake, Griffith's Pond, is shown on the bottom right of the oval, with our "retired" cranberry bog-now a wonderful habitat for a variety of native wildlife, with the lilly padded beach shown on the lake front visible on the lower right side of the oval. Also visible is Sweetwater Farms, our Appaloosa breeding farm & Home & Birthplace of Multiple World & National Champions. Additional overhead views of Sweetwater are also included in our web site. Two of the lakes shown at the top of have Public Freshwater Beaches with Boat Ramps maintained by the Town of Brewster. Closest to us on the upper left is Sheeps Pond, well stocked for fishing, with crystal water and a sandy beach for those who love freshwater fun. The lake at the top, Long Pond is a water lover's paradise, with water skiing, tubing, swimming and fishing available. Other visible Lakes are Seymours and Hinkley's on the upper right. |

| Sweetwater Forest's Seasonal Camping Program was implented in 1978, to help make camping on | |
| Cape Cod for the season affordable, enjoyable and safe. Approximately 100 sites are designated as Seasonal sites which are usually in one of two adjacent areas designated exclusively for Seasonal use. |

Scouts, Camping & RVing Club Rallies and Family Reunions are welcome at
Sweetwater Forest, subject to review by management, and agreement from all
approved groups, that ALL in that group will comply with all Camp Rules- including
those requiring no noise at night. Our secluded group sites are perfectly suited for
larger families, & clubs with most situated away from other campsites and with
plenty of natural privacy screening between all. All Rally Groups must adhere to
Camp Rules, including those requiring no noise after 9 PM.
Rally & Reunion Requests
A limited number of double sites & group sites, with separate sets
of hookups, firepits & tables are available for families & friends with
campers & RVs who enjoy camping together. These more secluded
group sites with individual sites & hookups are set in semi-circle,
with an extra long common driveway, to best accommodate family
camping reunions, & other off-season Club Rallies, are situated well
away from our other camp sites, as allowing all to enjoy a quiet,
peaceful night is important to all.
